This service is for passengers who do not need to stay in a wheelchair or lie on a stretcher during the trip. If you use a walker or another mobility aid, tell us when you call so we can discuss what you need to bring and how we can help.
We help passengers travel to medical appointments, dialysis visits, and home after a hospital discharge. For recurring visits, have your appointment schedule ready so we can discuss each trip and the return ride.
Our listed rate is $2.75 for pickup plus $2.75 per mile, with a $6 minimum per trip. Call with your pickup address and destination for a quote, including any additional assistance you need. Ask us to confirm the total for both trips if you need a return ride.
